Outpatient & Evening Programs

Eleven 11 Recovery’s Evening Outpatient Program is the lower-dose track: fewer hours, same standards. It is how we keep a clinical relationship after PHP or IOP — and how we treat people whose risk does not justify a full day in program, but whose last ‘I’ll handle it’ plan already failed.

When outpatient is the right door

  • You are stepping down from PHP or IOP and still need a calendar, a clinician, and witnesses.
  • You have stable housing, no active withdrawal, and a week that can absorb sessions without collapsing.
  • Evenings are when you use, and a daytime program would miss the actual problem.

Outpatient is the wrong door when you cannot stay safe between appointments. In that case the kindest sentence we can say is ‘not this level.’

What you get at this intensity

Individual work, targeted groups, relapse-prevention planning, and family involvement when it helps. The clinical tools do not get cheaper — CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed pacing — the hours get fewer. That only works if the rest of the week has scaffolding: sleep, people, a reason to be somewhere in the morning.

Alumni support and recovery coaching often begin here so discharge from IOP does not feel like walking off a platform.

Evening track

An evening schedule exists for people whose recovery has to coexist with a job or with children who need them before 5 p.m. It is not a lighter version of the mission. If we are not running an evening cohort the week you call, we will tell you instead of stretching a daytime grid and calling it night.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is outpatient just weekly therapy?

No. It is still a structured addiction-treatment track with groups and a plan, at a lower hourly dose than IOP. If you only need ordinary weekly psychotherapy, say so — that may not be this program.

Yes. Levels are meant to move. Starting too low and stepping into IOP or PHP is a successful adjustment, not a failure.

Get Started With Evening Outpatient Today

If you are looking for the smallest possible program, pause. Ask what intensity matches the last 30 days of your life, not the life you hope starts Monday. Admissions will help you place that honestly.
